These are the Terms & Conditions for all items sold via BuyNowDeal.com. Terms & Conditions apply to products sold in packages as well as products sold individually. Please make sure that you understand the Terms & Conditions before purchasing.
1. Items come with either Resell Rights, Master Resell Rights or Private Label Rights. Please check the item description for further details. If you do not understand the difference between rights please read our Guide To Resell Rights.
2. All items will be available for immediate download following payment via PayPal except where payment is by PayPal eCheck. Where payment is made by PayPal eCheck your payment is required to clear before your downloads will become available. This normally takes 3-4 business days.
3. Every effort will be made to provide reliable downloads. However, downloads can not be guaranteed at all times. It is advisable to use a download manager such as Free Download Manager which can resume broken downloads.
4. If there is a problem with your purchase we will make every effort to resolve the problem in a timely manner. We normally reply to e-mail within 24 hours.
5. No package or product comes with any kind of refund guarantee attached. No refunds will be given unless we deem it appropriate due to unforeseen circumstances or unsolveable technical problems. If you are not satisfied for some reason please contact us to discuss the problem. We aim to be fair but firm, especially where files have been downloaded successfully. We keep detailed logs of all downloads including IP addresses.
6. All download links will remain available for a period of 7 days following your purchase.
7. Products in packages may be resold individually or bundled together, but you must not offer the same package as we do. You may not use any material from our site to resell products but you may use a salespage if it is included with a product.
